The Peregrine Dynamo is a little more niche, and its limitation on not being able to copy a commanders ability keeps it from being too busted

Because of this, if I cast a flash creature like [c]Niambi, Esteemed Speaker[/c] during my draw step, I cant activate its tap ability on the same turn

Ill probably draw fewer cards than with Temur Ascendency, but suspect that Ill do more killing
